Function: toWhatsAppMethodId()

toWhatsAppMethodId(aliasUid): string

Builds the id of the WhatsApp OTP method for the phone alias with the given uid. The alias's own uid identifies its SMS method, so the WhatsApp method needs a distinct, derivable id for both to be individually selectable.
