The fixed Argon2id parameters a client must use when hashing a password locally before submitting it, so the same password always produces the same hash for a given account regardless of which device or session computed it. Deliberately lighter than a deployment's own configurable server-side hash_memory_cost etc. (see PasswordConfig), since this needs to run acceptably in a browser or mobile WASM context. These are NOT configurable — changing them changes the hash output and breaks login from any client still using the old constants.
